The organisation known as Proserve Enforcement Solutions is data controller in respect of your information.

Clients and customers personal and contact details will be stored both electronically and in a paper form by us.

We will not share your information outside of Proserve Except:

  • with the Serious Organised Crime Agency if we are required to make a money laundering or terrorist financing disclosure
  • with external auditors who are under an obligation of confidence
  • with external service providers such as photocopying, transcription or file costing services under an obligation of confidence
  • with our insurer
  • in circumstances where we are required or permitted to do so by law. For example, where the public interest or your own interests override your rights.
Who May We Transfer Your Information to?

We will not transfer your information to a new data controller EXCEPT where we wish to sell, transfer or otherwise assign the whole or any part of our business or in circumstances where we are required or permitted to do so by law.
